I hired this company to replace rotten window trims due to water damage. I was not happy with two things: - They charge for time to travel to pick up materials (after I complained they gave me credit) but everyone should be aware - Technician put caulking in the side of trim which the originally we did not have. The issue with this caulking is that it will trap water inside of wood trim and will make water damage in the future. I asked him to remove this (the time to remove was added to the bill) and it was not removed cleanly

Needed all the water hoses & connections checked/replaced in my 15 year old condo. As with past projects for which I have used Mr Handyman services, the gentleman who came out was on time, pleasant and efficient. Scheduling the appointment was easy & timely. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service and will definitely contact them again when I next have a project list.

Mr Handyman of SE Bellevue has done a fantastic works for us by waterproofing our deck using TufDec membrane and install 2 windows to convert our media room into a home office space. From the first site evaluation prior quotation till the completion of the project, the Project Manager has provide a clear work plan, schedule and estimation then select a very competent team to provide the works. Contact with the office supporting staff for the billing and after-sales service was also very pleasant.

This group is the best contracting group I’ve ever worked with. The office staff is helpful, knowledgeable, interactive, and kind, and the technicians are the best I know of anywhere around Seattle. On time, done right, is their slogan and it is very accurate! I have used the company for over a decade for all manner of project. One of the largest being replacement of all hollow doors in my 1962 rambler with paneled doors as pictured. Another was to remove old built in furniture in order to provide more comfortable seating in a recreation room. I use the company for miscellaneous chores, Christmas lights, preparation of summer outdoor furniture, ramps for accessibility.
