WARNING: DO NOT HIRE! UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE. We hired Dan for a basic plumbing project that should have taken about 2 hours and should have been completed in 1 day. Day 1 he said he would show up at a certain time and arrived hours later after having to call to find out where he was. He left for hours during the time he committed to do work and home security showed he spent more hours fiddling with his truck in the driveway than actually doing the work he was hired to do. He didn't make any progress on day 1 and had to come back a second day. Same thing - he never showed up when he said he would, left for long periods of time and at the end of day 2 he still had not completed anything and needed to come back for a third day. We gave him a third chance after our family took time off of work for 3 days over a week to accommodate him in hopes he would complete the job he was hired to do, but at the end of day 3 he decided he was done and left the job incomplete, a mess all over the bathroom and snuck out of the house while the homeowner was in the next room without saying a word. When Dan was called for an update, he was dismissive and hung up on us. Awful experience. UPDATE: We hired someone else for this job less than 24 hours later who completed it in an hour and was professional, punctual and polite.
