What can I say...My deck is beautiful. I knew that Shafen and Mohammed were the two professionals I needed to hire. They were professional in assessing what actually needed to be done . They were always making sure of what I needed and wanted on my deck. They made themselves readily available that if I came upon an issue, I knew that I was assured of their assistance . They are dedicated to assuring customer satisfaction I even heard from.Shaven and Mohammed a year later, checking to see if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. They dedicated to assuring that you " the consumer" will be pleased.

We used Novu Designs to remodel our Brooklyn kitchen, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the way it turned out. They offered creativity, expertise, skill, diligence, sense of humor, efficiency, and both Shafen & Mohammad truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results. They worked so hard, and were always there to answer questions. They also oversaw the entire project from start to finish (which I've heard some contractors do not, leaving room for error and miscommunication). These guys were beyond dedicated. Can't say enough good things about Novu Designs, and our beautiful new kitchen. Highly recommend!

All I can say is WOW! What an experience. The guys at Novu are amazing. They didn't just give us what we asked for, they gave us design ideas, and made this more than a renovation. I can't say enough about how great they were. They transformed our bathroom and stuck to the timeline that. they promised. They kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire process! I recommend them whole heartedly!

Novu designs did a lovely job on my bathroom remodel. I had them retile the entire bathroom and convert my tub into a standing shower. It’s difficult to find people that do clean work. They made me feel really comfortable and their pricing is very fair. They made a 3D model of my bathroom which was really cool and showed me all of my options. All of the tiles were nice and leveled. The grout job was perfect. These guys were prompt, professional and their attention to detail was incredible. They communicated with me every step of the way. I will definitely be reaching out to them for all of my work. You won’t be disappointed.
