Nu Line Home Improvements

I can't say enough about Tom Perugini and Nu-Line Home Improvements. In 2019, we decided to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom. We found Nu-Line Home Improvements from Angie’s list. Nu-Line was rated highly with good reviews and is local to our home. After a consultation call, a site visit, and a fair estimate, we decided to move forward. That was one of the best decisions we've made. Tom’s work is meticulous. Tom doesn't settle, does the work right the first time, and stands by his work. When we were ready to undergo additional improvement projects last year, we immediately called Tom. In total, it took us about six months to complete the five projects we asked them to do. In addition to remodeling both our kitchen and main floor bathroom, Nu-Line completed a family room upgrade which included laminate flooring and a facelift for our fireplace and stairway. Nu-line also finished off our laundry room with sheetrock and built a brand-new covered porch on our side entrance. Tom was able to secure other reputable contractors when needed and together they were able to complete the projects in a timely manner. That said, we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Tom and his team at Nu-Line Home Improvements for any projects that you may be considering.

Tom was great! He did a bathroom remodel and repaired ceiling damage. He completed the job in a timely fashion and was very reliable.

Tom performed a bathroom renovation for me in January and I couldn't be happier with the results. My house is a late 80's ranch with original bathroom fictures with the exception of the tub which was a Re-Bath overlay from the early 2000's so it was in need of an upgrade. Tom took the time to listen to my thoughts and he made several helpful suggestions such as adding a niche and grab bar in the tub area. The room was a total tear down and rebuild and Tom did a great job keeping me appraised of how things were going and also with keeping my house clean throughout the process. Tom tackled the small but necessary task of replacing the rotting stairs on our deck. Great carpentry. Stairs are now sturdy and well done to code. Tom responded quickly to my request and stuck to the schedule. He was knowlegeable and polite with fair pricing.
