We had O'Connor Homes renovate a 170 year old historic home in downtown Charleston with 3 separate apartments. The project included a new roof, renovating 5 bathrooms, designing and building a new bathroom, renovating three kitchens, refinishing hardwood floors, installing HVAC, redoing outdoor decking and stairs. O'Connor homes started right on schedule and kept a strict timeline that allowed the project to finish on time in under 4 months. We were amazed at how efficiently they moved through the project. Every day we went to the site, progress had been made. We thought the quality of the work was fantastic as well. Their team is friendly and hardworking, and showed up every day. Above all else we want to work with good people and this team has honest and trustworthy folks behind it. We would 100% recommend O'Connor Homes to prospective clients!

We love O'Connor Homes! They renovated our carriage house for us, basically taking it from a garage to a beautiful, fully functional living space. The vision they had for the space was so much better than anything I could have imagined, and all the finishes they chose are beautiful. We get so many compliments on the space! Because we had such a great experience with them, we also hired them to build a deck for us for another project. We would definitely recommend them for any project!

I'm a Structural Engineer and work with Cam on a variety of his projects. He has a great eye for the design and management of a project. I always like to see a happy customer and Cam has a big influence on how I am viewed by the homeowner. With that being said, I have never had a dissatisfied customer when working with O'Connor homes. Everyone has been led through the project alongside Cam and have been able to make design decisions early so that issues don't arrive during construction.

O'Connor homes has performed three projects for me over the last two years. One was repairs of wood rot in an outdoors building and removal of a deteriorating bench and replacement with a cable railing. Another was the removal of three large windows from my living room and their replacement with new windows. The largest project was the complete renovation of my master bathroom. There was removal of cabinets, removal of an old existing shower, removal of a 30 year old Jacuzzi tub, installation of new tub, installation of a new tile shower and flooring in the bathroom, new lighting, new exhaust fan, new toilet. Removal of the Jacuzzi required the installation of a new bathroom floor and subflooring as well as required under floor studs. The new tube weight was 650 pounds. There was also new paint for the walls. New cabinets were installed. This was all done in an extremely professional manner The workers were adept, friendly, and hard working with no excessive breaks during the day. They cleaned up the work space on a daily basis. Overall, I would strongly recommend O'Connor Homes for major renovation or building a home from scratch. They get a grade of A+ from me.

O’Connor Homes does the best work in Charleston. Professional, detail oriented, and fastidious. The crews are conscientious, accommodating, polite, well mannered, and masters at their crafts. His custom tiler is also the best around!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in town. 5+ stars from me!

Honest, timely and fair. Cameron and his team are great at communicating and working with you to get the job done. He has done a few jobs on our house, most recently a beautiful exterior deck and stair. We are really happy with the results and wouldnt hesitate to recommend O'Connor Homes to anyone looking for a major remodel or custom home.
