We met Lior at the Pasadena Home Show last year, and decided to have him bid on the job of a total bathroom remodel. While we did have several other contractors bid, we decided on Oakasa. Initially, in spite of his friendly, and outgoing personality, we were a bit concerned, only because this was a big project for us, and we'd seen many horror stories on home remodeling programs. But, our hesitation dissipated quickly, once the project began. Lior never failed to reply to a call, text or email quickly, 7 days a week! As with any job, there were some minor issues along the way, and the project ran a little longer than planned, But this is pretty normal, and Lior and his team dealt with them swiftly. The end result is, we're very happy with our beautiful new bathroom, and we'd recommend Lior, and Oakasa with hesitation! Thank you Oakasa....Mike & Laurel

I found Oakasa here on Houzz and after requesting bids from several contractors decided to hire them based on my interaction with owner Lior and their competitive bid. My kitchen and bathroom remodel and interior paint job were on time and within budget. Lior was always on top of things and regularly communicated with me by text, phone, and email. There were a few issues that came up toward the end but he always responded quickly and had someone out to fix things right away. I am very happy with my new kitchen and bathroom and appreciate the little extras he did without nickle and diming me.

From the moment you meet Lior at Oakasa, you know you have found the right contractor, project manager, honest, all-around good person that can execute your home project from start to finish. We are so lucky to have found him through our talented designer and grateful that we went with Lior. Our super old, crumbling 1950’s post-war bathrooms needed a huge renovation. Lior and team executed everything on time, efficiently, cleanly, got everything to code, secured all the permits, and what we have now are two gorgeous “forever” bathrooms that will last the ages. We are looking forward to doing our next project with Oakasa ~ there are many more things on our wishlist to get this fixer upper updated and living in modern times!

Lior and his team were top notch, bar none. Hands down, the best experience I could have asked for as a first time renovator. They were extremely professional, reachable, responsive, friendly, trustworthy and transparent. Lior lived up to his pitch to my wife and I that he would be extremely hands on and very communicative. We exchanged texts and calls at all hours of the day and even on weekends to go over status and any questions/concerns. Made our first real reno project very seamless and stress-free. And the kicker was the 3-4 month job (which was the quote from 3 different companies) was done by Lior and his team in just two months! He hinted that he and his team could get it done the fastest and he truly delivered on that front. Can't say enough good things about the overall product as well as the new kitchen, two bathrooms and floor all look fantastic. His team truly went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier with the result. Would give Lior 6 out 5 stars easily. Would recommend him to anybody with a project, big or small. Thanks Lior!

We worked with Lior from Oakasa. From the start, Lior was very good with communication via text and call, which is something I highly value while doing a major renovation. You can tell he cares about his projects and that his clients are happy with the work. We had our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room, and floors redone with Oakasa, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Lior sent us updates with photos at least once or twice a week, so we knew exactly what was being worked on each week. If there were any issues or things we wanted to be re-checked, his team addressed them as quickly as possible. The project was completed in 2 months, which is quicker than we anticipated. His team was polite, accommodating, and considerate of our neighbors. We were initially intimidated by taking on these renovations, but Lior and his team made the process easy for us. I needed a contractor to remodel the bathroom in my condo. I have recently become disabled and l wanted a new bathroom that would be easy for me to use with very little assistance. I was dreaming of a roll-in shower with a rainfall shower system. I found Lior and OAKASA at the Pasadena Home Show and that was my lucky day. They impressed me at the show so I invited them to come to my home to talk further. I liked their presentation and after speaking to a few other contractors I chose OAKASA. Their offer included everything I wanted at a reasonable price. During the project Lior handled all of the issues with the Homeowners Association which made it much easier for me. As the project progressed, he kept me informed at all times as to what was happening. His communication skills are exemplary. Everyone on his team was punctual and professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was well managed and the work was top notch. Lior was responsive to any problems that came up. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail. Since I never remodeled a bathroom before, Lior helped me make the best selections for all the items that were needed. When it came time to select the tiles for the shower, I had no idea which tiles to choose. I had a very basic idea from a picture I had seen online. Lior sent me to a tile store he liked to work with the owner. Based upon my colors and the picture, she helped me choose the tiles. We chose 5 or 6 different tiles and I was very nervous about how it would look. I have to tell you the tile looks absolutely beautiful and Lior’s tiler did a great job. The shower is nicer than I ever imagined it would be. The completed bathroom exceeded my expectations and I found the process of working with OAKASA to be relatively stress free. I highly recommend them for any type of remodeling work. My experience with OAKASA was Five Star from start to finish.

We recently renovated our bathroom and replaced the floors for the entire apartment. Oakasa offered us the best rates while also delivering on quality and dedicated work. All the contractors that came were very nice, trustworthy and professional and Lior helped us with some design and construction choices and made sure the whole process was easy, streamlined and fast. He promised they'll finish on time, and they did! Which in the construction world, I understand, is not very common. Overall, we're very pleased with the results, bathroom looks great (will add some before and after pictures soon!), and we will definitely recommend Lior and the Oakasa team and use them for more projects in the future!

This is the second time I've worked with Lior on a major project. The first one went so well we were eager to work with him again. Their team is creative, speedy and professional. Strongly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

We have been looking to remodel our old kitchen for a while; however, it seems like looking for a good contractor is much harder than buying a house. After meeting many contractors, we almost gave up, again, the experience was turning to be very frustrating and time consuming. We had people showing up late, not listening to our needs or not even showing or requiring a second meeting to provide the estimate. Finally, we had a meeting with Mr. Lior from Oakasa. He listened to our need and expectations. One of our biggest concerns was time, small project and budget, of course. It was clear after our meeting that he would be a good match. He assured us that he takes all his projects seriously no matter how big or small. Although he wasn't the cheapest, we had confidence and trust right away. We agreed to move forward with him and company. Even though we had delayed the start date, due to personal reasons, we never felt pressured, and we were ready, he was ready to start. Once they started working, they worked almost every day, unless they were waiting for city inspectors. We really appreciate the process updates. He offered suggestions some we agreed to some we didn't and he was okay with it. We added a few more things and he gladly accommodated our requests. All the workers were very respectful and cleaned the work area each day. We are almost done and excited to finally enjoy a new kitchen. Any type of construction can be challenging but Mr Lior made us feel at ease and explained everything in ways we understood. We would definitely work with him again and would recommend him and his company. Looking forward for the actual day he signs off the project and we can use the new kitchen and refreshed living room.

Lior and Oakasa recently completed a large project of mine including a 600 sqft addition, kitchen, and living room. After talking to multiple contractors, Oakasa was the clear winner. Throughout the 3 month period of construction, Lior was always quick to respond to any questions and I loved how it all turned out.
