With your project there was some delays out of my control regarding engineering/and Archetict that pushed your project out a few months, once we were ready I had family issues one a relative dying and another was my grandma breaking her femur and I solely having to take care of her which pushed my whole work schedule out months. Im sorry you had a terrible experience. I did offer to come up with a resolution since you are my one and only Time I've had a problem with any client but it was hard to see eye to eye during that time since I had personal issues that you are now aware of, I will be reaching out one last time to try and resolve this matter before we go to court. regarding the finances there were substation additional cost that you approved like digging up the old sewer line and making a connection at the street along with 4 days of jackhammering. multiple dump runs to remove old structure and multiple loads of gravel and dirt to establish a pad along with cost to get plans drafted/engineered and an initial deposit for some materials along with drywall flooring and roofing I purchased for your project still sitting at my shop.
