Client. I suggest you NEVER use this company. They were over priced, took 5x longer than we were told. It started to fall apart right away, When we called Rick, he was rude and unprofessional.

I have worked with Rick Dotson and his crew since 2002 in both a commercial and residential capacity. Rick was the General Contractor for rehabs and fire/water restoration of multi-family apartment complexes and single-family rentals for the non-profit developer I worked for as Asset Manger. Rick was always on or under budget, completed projects on time with attention to detail and was very respectful of the needs of the residents. His is very professional in the supervision of his workers, sub-contractors and vendors working on the projects. Rick has also installed new flooring and done minor rehabbing of the kitchen and bathroom in my condo. Last year an elderly relative needed restoration of a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, dining room and living room of her home due to extensive water damage caused by frozen water pipes while she was away. She was very pleased with the completed restoration of her home and said "it was like having a brand new house". Oregon Builders, Inc. would be professional, experienced and very knowledgeable at any project, new construction or remodeling they would be hired to do no matter how big or small.
