What a team!! With a great leader !! We did a total main floor renovation, new floors including upstairs hallway, new kitchen and bar, new staircase, powder room, removal of popcorn ceiling, new lighting, new baseboards, addition electrical and house painted. It was a pleasure working with Ryan and his team, very professional, clear communication, everything on time and very clean!! Believe it or not…. it was a fun project! Ryan finished my basement just prior to my first kid. Thank god he showed up. He completed the bathroom and rec room in a short timeline so we were ready for the baby. During construction I wanted the opening to my rec room larger, but there was duct work in the way. He was able to figure out a new route and provide exactly what i wanted without some crazy added cost. The bathroom came out beautifully and i love how it all turned out.

Ryan managed our reno of a 4-level side split from the 1950's. We opened up the living spaces and brought everything up to current code. All the trades were professional and quick. Construction began of the remodel of our bungalow townhouse with the basement. Ryan created a wonderful living space, full bathroom, bedroom and laundry ! All completed on time and with excellence! Upon basement completion main floor was started. Full kitchen, family room/ gorgeous fireplace and 2 bathrooms plus all new doors The project was completed in excellent time. The Trade teams were all fantastic! We are very happy with our transformation! Ryan is very knowledgeable , friendly crew and very hard working!
