Partners Construction & Remodeling

I have had the pleasure of working with Ed and Steve on a couple different projects over the last year. As a residential architect, I am always looking for talented general contractors who I can feel comfortable introducing to my clients. Partners Construction has been a great fit and I am looking forward to working with them in the near future.

I hired Partners Construction to replace the floors in my 1200 square foot condo after a washing machine flood. I had a very strict time frame in which to do the work at an established budget. Not only did Partners do the work within the budget we established at the beginning, they also finished the job on the date they promised. This was critical since I had friends staying at my place right after the work was complete. As with any construction job there were some surprises the came up (e.g., the new flooring was slightly thinner than the original flooring) and Partners worked with me, within my budget, to handle things as they came up. The Partners team worked hard, was professional and maintained as clean a work site as possible. This was important because I was living in the unit during construction. They tried to disrupt my day-to-day living as little as possible throughout the construction. I would highly recommend them for any job.

I hired Partners Construction to do some remodeling to my home, by adding a screened porch. The roof line was somewhat complicated and I didn't want to change the overall character of the house by losing some of the interesting features of the roof. Partners construction designed the addition and tied it into the existing roofline in a seamless way to make it look it was part of the original design. The final design and the quality of the materials used are truly excellent and really enhance the home. In addition the exchangeable screened panels that can be easily swapped for included glazed panels will not only keep out the snow in winter, but extend the even use by a month or more. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly call upon them again in future!
