Picco did a full gut renovation with an addition for us and we are very happy with the finished product! Vince and Erick were great to work with. They were honest, fair and reasonable throughout the whole process and every one of their employees were polite and respectful.

Me and my wife couldn't be happier with the job from Picco Partners. We had to do a complete gut of our existing kitchen and add space off the back of our house. It was a complicated process due to the age of the home and working around old steam lines from our steam heat system. Erick and the field team were super professional and did a great job making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. They delivered the project on time and we couldn't be happier with the work. Vincent was transparent throughout the whole process and communicated timelines to help us manage our living situation. Will definitely work with them again in the future!

The first time we worked with Picco 2 years ago was on a remodel of a bathroom in our old house. We sold that and bought a new house where we did an extensive renovation that consisted of a large addition, new kitchen, all new bathrooms, new plumbing/electric and HVAC throughout. Just like the first time, they did a great job. Vince and Kevin spent significant time with us upfront going through planning and ensuring we understood what the process was going to be like. They also helped us understand when we needed to make decisions so we had time to plan. Once the work started we had weekly calls with our Project Manager Connor and Vince as well. They were super professional from start to finish and the work came out beautiful. Highly recommend!

Could not have been happier with the work from Picco! We hired them to do an addition and renovation on our home and they were great to work with. Super clear communication on an almost daily basis and really thorough in explaining things to us. We had a kick off meeting in their office before any construction began and they walked us through everything. We loved the weekly meetings with our Project Manager Kevin where he kept us totally informed. Erick and the field guys were not only polite and friendly but made sure our home was really well managed during the work. Great job guys!

We hired Picco to do a full gut renovation and addition to our home in 2022. The team was professional, courteous and very communicative. From our initial consult all the way through completion we felt great about our decision to go with Picco. We enjoyed using their app to follow along with the construction and appreciated the weekly call with Kevin, our Project Manager. We have an older home and there were a few surprises behind the walls and Picco let us know as soon as they discovered an issue and presented solutions.
