My name is James Clark, I am the president of Placerado Builders, Inc. My wife Angela and I have three grown children, one granddaughter and two grandsons. We both have always had a passion for the outdoors and when time allows we can be found there. I was born and raised in a small rural community in El Dorado County CA where I learned early the value of a good work ethic and the value of being a man of character. It is those values that have driven me to be the best at what I do as a General Contractor. I have been in the building trades performing a variety of disciplines since I got out of high school 35 years ago. I have been a general contractor for over 25 years. One thing that I am most proud of is the continued relationships that I have enjoyed with past clients. I think it says a lot about the way you do business when no one has anything bad to say about you. I really do appreciate all of my clients and I am glad to call them my friends. If you would like a list of my past clients for reference purposes I can arrange that (with their permission of course.) Whether your project needs are small or large we will do our best to accommodate them. I am a hands on contractor that self performs as much of the work as is practical.
