Amazing service and great communications! If you are looking for an honest contractor who really cares for your property (and your money), then I highly recommend Promise Land. They renovated several properties for me in Centralia in the last 6 months, including a single family, a 100 year old apartment complex, and several storage units. Beth did a great job communicating the details of each project and in many cases she provided recommendations which saved me a ton of money. She did a high quality job at a reasonable price and was able to complete the projects on time. Overall I am extremely happy with Promise Land and I look forward to work with Beth in the future.

Dale and Beth Easton took my 100 year old home and rehabbed it into a stunning home with several personal touches that pay tribute to the history on the house. Mr. And Mrs Eaton were professional, personal, and open with communication as to any changes. Their other team members, Timm and Tully were consummate professionals and worked 100 and 10 percent. Amazing service! Reliable! Communicative & timely! Very honest contractor and by far better rates than others I received bids from. I’ve hired Promise Land Construction for a couple projects now including a large custom outdoor shed and a leak repair/siding replacement job. Plan to hire this spring/summer for an Equestrians dream barn!
