Jack and team did a complete custom rebuild of my pool house last summer (bathroom, kitchen..essentially a detatched apartment) Amazing attention to detail and the project came out spectacular. Since that time I have worked with Putnam refurbing (painting, windoes, doors, and putting a new roof) detached gararge and we are currently getting ready to start a new project building out bathroom/walk-in-tub for a mother-in-law suite.

We did a full basement finishing with Jack and they did an incredible job. He was very helpful in reviewing design options up front, and helped work with us to stay within our budget. The end result looks and feels very professional and we are very satisfied with the final product!

Jack rescued us at a very stressful time. Our contractor had fallen ill in the middle of a kitchen renovation and was unable to return to work, leaving us with no kitchen and a big mess. Jack fit us in between other jobs and gave us a beautiful kitchen. Jack and his team were reliable, neat, took pride in their work and respectful of our home. We felt like he was trying hard to make us happy. We will always be grateful to Jack for coming through for us in a crisis and doing such beautiful work.

Love my project! Everything from start to finish was perfect. Not only do they pay attention to every detail, but they listen to my ideas and give great suggestions. The plans that they made for design were perfect as well as the superb workmanship, and collaborative work. They are beyond neat, and put the customer first, always kept me informed and if there was a change or choice to be made, always consulted with me, and always go the extra step. Everyone who sees the project (which was extensive) loves it and asked who did the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again! Wonderful to work with and they take great pride in their work.

Putnam did a complete restoration of our house including new bathrooms and kitchen, moved some walls around, finished basement as well as adding a new deck. All plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems updated/replaced. Top notch work, highly recommended.
