R.A. Anaya Painting & Construction not only came in on budget and ON TIME, they cared for my work as if it was for their own home. The owner, Roque Anaya, provided me with great guidance as I worked on the repair and restoration of my new house that had fallen into disrepair. At every step of the way he was honest and fair. His crew was as professional as he was. As an added bonus, I had the pleasure and honor to meet many of his family members who work for him. I have a keen eye for design, and so did he. . .he met all of my somewhat quirky requests with gusto (I am also an artists. . .so there's that to be considered). Roque is also trustworthy. I never had to worry about leaving him a key, and he was always concerned if he found something faulty that the house inspection may have overlooked. A couple of times I found a thing or two myself (such as a Woodpecker drilling holes into a fascia board) and he was at my house within a day or two to fix the problem. He takes well-earned, immeasurable pride in his work and I have recommended him to anyone that mentions that they are looking for a fair and trustworthy contractor.

Roque has done several projects for me over the past year at my cottage built in 1890. I am so happy to have found him! He's meticulous, fair, and very experienced with historical renovations. He has a great eye for detail, and works with your budget, creating workable solutions for every situation. He's done a variety of projects for me, from structural repairs to aesthetic or practical changes. I'm looking forward to more improvements this spring.
