Well I am sorry you had to post this comment several years after your job was completed, but in response to your comments, you were told the hourly rate and were given a written estimate to which we stuck to but by adding several changes such as more tiling in the kitchen and light changes in the kitchen and trimming the basement bedroom plus a few more items that does add more hours to complete. The helper you are referring to is a experienced mason of 35 yrs experience. With your permission We had put up plastic completely inclosing the saw in the basement as it is a wet saw and can not be outside in the middle of the winter. You were told that you would need more tiles from the beginning as the bathroom had many angles in the floor and you should always count on 10 percent waste. When we were done you were very happy with the work and did not give us a complaint about the work. Your only complaint is that you had to pay a bill that you tried getting out of. Sorry you feel the way you do but we have thousands of clients that like our work and our guys and our honest billing and that we always stick to our contract pricing and our hourly rate is posted on every estimate and contract.
