We had a freestanding garage, designed and built by Rappa construction. Which included a skylight and baseboard heating . Our garage was built in winter during inclement weather. Somehow it all went seamlessly. We are happy with our beautiful new garage..

Vinnie and his crew did a complete re-do of my basement, including installation of a new bathroom, and refurbished an upstairs bathroom. I cannot say how happy I am with the results. The work was nearly flawless, with great attention to detail. What's more, Vinnie is very easy to work with. He answered texts and emails immediately, made changes promptly, and courteously answered my many stupid questions. Very highly recommended.

I've recently completed an extensive project with Rappa Construction, and highly recommend this company for any of your renovation needs. I originally met with a total of five contractors before starting this project. Vinnie Rappa was the only one who stood out as truly concerned for what I was looking to achieve. It was evident, from our first meeting, that my renovation was more than just another job to him, Vinnie was focused on what I actually needed and wanted in respect to my vision for the space. This was the connection I was looking for, and it was definitely a job WELL DONE! I was also very impressed with the overall management of my project, and the care that was shown for my property. Vinnie Rappa is extremely organized, and treated my renovation as if it was his own. His crew is very respectful, and meticulous! At the end of each day all debris was cleaned, and equipment and materials were organized, and secured. I never found any dust or loose screws on the floor, ever. An existing addition, foundation, and kitchen needed to come down before being rebuilt. Vinnie was on site every day with each of his sub contractors, even if his crew was not. He was aware of everything that was going on, at all times, and insured that inspections were scheduled in a timely manner, with him on site. It was evident throughout the process that Vinnie assured all levels of this project were exact to his high standards with the remaining area of my house, not being worked on, completely secured from any disruption. The open area of my house was also always very protected against weather, etc.. I was never concerned about incurring damage, or for the safety of my family; which was an enormous relief to me. I have done multiple renovations over the years and am sorry I did not find Rappa Construction sooner. My addition and kitchen are beautiful, and are now a very special area in my house. Rappa Construction checks all the boxes for a job well done. I will only use this company going forward and recommend them without reservation.

We cannot speak highly enough about our experience working with Rappa Construction, LLC. We did a complete gut & rebuild of our 1st floor which includes kitchen, full bathroom, living room, dining room and staircase. Vinnie and his entire team were great to work with. They were polite, respectful and reliable. Arrived on time everyday & cleaned up at the end of each workday which was a huge help since we were living there throughout the renovations. Vinnie was easy to communicate with, kept us informed throughout the entire process. A true professional. 5 stars plus! We will work with them again in the future and highly recommend to everyone. He won’t disappoint and will go above and beyond for you!

Our dream kitchen and home came to fruition with Rappa Construction. Vinnie and his team were nothing short of spectacular. Contractors have a reputation for being unreliable or non communicative but Vinnie spoiled us with the opposite. If Vinnie said he would be in touch on a certain date, he was. if he said on this day, he'd be there doing something, he was. He estimated our project to last about 8 weeks and 8 weeks it lasted. Having someone in your home every day for a large scale project going above and beyond made us feel very good about making such a big investment. Vinnie and his team are easy to work with, open to collaboration and very clean. His crew would spend the better part of the afternoon cleaning and leaving very little trace of the crazy debris from demo hours earlier. We were referred to Vinnie by a friend and will absolutely be referring him to others and using him again in the future. you want someone you can trust - Rappa is the guy. Another professional and timely project completed by Rappa Construction, LLC. Vinnie Rappa and his team are professional and skilled in all areas of construction. My bathroom was a complete tear out and rebuild and the tile work in particular was outstanding. This was my second project with Rappa Construction and based on my experience with them on my kitchen renovation I did not even consider another contractor for this project. That should say it all. Vinnie is always reachable and responsive to questions and concerns that arise during the project. This was particularly important to me and I would think it would be important to others as well.

Let me start off and just say my wife and I can't speak more highly of our experience working with Vinnie. We were in the process of closing on a house when Vinnie did an initial walkthrough with us back in March 2022. We wanted to remodel 2 full bathrooms, 2 half baths, convert one existing full bath into a laundry room/walk in closet, and convert one bedroom into a new hall bath. Out of the 3 contractors we met with, Vinnie was the most detailed oriented and willing to work with us on our designs. The other two contractors were more skeptical about what we wanted to do. Combine that with Vinnie being the lowest quote made him an easy choice to move forward with. We worked quickly on establishing a project timeline with Vinnie once we closed on the house in July. We were hoping to finish the job in roughly 8-10 weeks, so he gave us a rundown on all the materials we had to pick out to keep the project on track. While we hit a few delays in the supply chain (to no fault of Vinnie's team), Vinnie was great in giving us periodic updates and updated project timelines. We occasionally even found his team working on the weekends. He did a great job of keeping an open line of communication on any issues that popped up and potential solutions/incremental costs. Along the way we found out we needed to replace part of the roof which Vinnie gave us a more than reasonable quote for. Vinnie and his team also helped out with a few extra things such as installing new light fixtures we bought, taking down some unwanted bars, doing some light electrical work which was all greatly appreciated. We finally finished the project in October (there was a 1.5 month delay as we waited on materials) and we couldn't be happier with the finished project. Vinnie and his team even came back after the final payment to wrap up a few loose ends and help out with a few other small unrelated tasks to the initial job. We absolutely LOVED working with Vinnie and his team and have recommended Rappa Construction to a few friends already.

Vinnie Rappa is exceptional! He is meticulous. His workmanship is wonderful. His employees are talented and pleasant to work with and is on time. I would use him again anytime I need a renovation.

Vinnie Rappa did a complete Kitchen remodel for me as well crown molding install and painting my second floor. All his work is top notch. Excellent communication, professional, punctual, and completes all work on time. The best contractor I have ever used. We hired Rappa Construction to do a full gut renovation of our 1950s pink tiled bathroom. From our very first interaction we realized that we were dealing with a true professional. Vinnie was quick to respond to my initial email, arrived to our consultation on time and got back to me with an estimate by the next day. After we signed the contract he advised us to order everything ahead of time so it would be ready to go when they started. He and his crew arrived on time every morning and left our house immaculate at the end of the day. His team is made up of some of the nicest, most respectful guys we’ve ever worked with and their attention to detail in the bathroom was amazing, especially the tile work. Vinnie is honest, easy to work with and has excellent communication with clients. We hope to do a kitchen renovation soon and will not hesitate to hire Vinnie and his team again. Highly recommended!

Rappa Construction renovated our kitchen and bathroom, and they were an absolute joy to work with - and their work is phenomenal. Vinnie and team are highly skilled (crafting our fireplace mantle, columns, and built-in bench by hand from scratch!), fairly priced, highly attentive, and stuck to a timeline. Not to mention - the whole team is a wonderful group - just really nice people. Vinnie's familiarity with the town and permitting made for a very smooth process. It was clear from the beginning, and throughout the process, he cared about the vision we had for our home, and he wanted to deliver that for us - and he did! Vinnie's team is highly skilled, professional, and pay very close attention to detail. They cleaned up at the end of every day, which was a tremendous help to us, being that we were living at home throughout the renovation, and had 3 little kids in the house. He provided an accurate quote of the scope of work to be completed outlined in detail in our contract allowing us time to review before signing. He provided a potential start date and time to begin each project and followed -up to insure we were on schedule. We had a slight delay in getting the cabinet moldings however, Vinnie continued to update us on the status of delivery. Once the moldings were installed, the beauty of our new kitchen sparked.. Rappa Construction did a phenomenal job on our whole home renovation! From day 1, the team worked quickly and efficiently, knowing that we were on a tight schedule, needing to move in to the house in just 16 short weeks. They were always clean, polite, helpful, and professional. Mr. Rappa was always quick to respond to our texts and calls, and readily available to answer our questions (there were many!). The workmanship and carpentry was excellent. They turned a 1960 bi-level in need of every update, into a gorgeous custom home, complete with a new 3rd floor master suite addition. From the new siding, new roof, new HVAC, new kitchen cabinetry, and all the tiling, to the new hardwood floors, new stair railings, lighting, and fireplace, the house turned out spectacular! I highly recommend Rappa Construction!

Rappa Construction did a total kitchen remodel for us. This included taking it down to the studs, putting in new window, door, flooring, cabinets, appliances and slightly closing in a wall. Vinnie's crew was professional at all times and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. Vinnie directed us to the kitchen designer and to the dealers for flooring and countertops. Vinnie would always discuss and sometimes suggest different options regarding wood stain color, outlets, lighting, etc. The project went quite smoothly. If anything wasn't perfect, Vinnie had it corrected immediately. We highly recommend Rappa Construction LLC for any construction needs.

I love my new kitchen! We used Rappa based on a recommendation and they did not disappoint. We completely renovated our kitchen, which included knocking down a wall and impacted the entire first floor. They were highly professional. They showed up on time, put in full days, cleaned up before leaving. The quality of their work is excellent. All the people brought in (for floors, electric, plumbing) were equally talented and professional. They wanted it to be as perfect as we did. I would definitely use them again for future projects.

We had three windows replaced and an interior door installed heading upstairs. Excellent workmanship and the crew cleaned up very well after themselves. Would highly recommend and use again. Job was started and finished on time.

This was the second time we used Rappa Construction. Last time was a major addition and although a dozen years earlier we were very happy then and so went with him again. This time is was for updating our first level with hardwood floors, new matching trim, new stair rails on three short staircases , replacement solid doors on closets and between rooms. His pricing was fair for the job requirements. I have found them very reliable meaning they show up when they tell you and always cleaned up before leaving for the day. The project was on budget, on time, and well done.
