About Us

I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself and my company. My name is Raymond Arias and I am the President of Raymond Arias Construction. I have been serving the Santa Barbara area for over 35 years. We are a full service construction company dealing with small repairs to very large structural projects to include Kitchens, Bathroom remodels and additions to complete renovations residential and commercial . We are fully insured with Workers Compensation General Liability insurances. We also hold several licenses and certifications in the building trade field, to include plumbing as well as being EPA certified. I hired Raymond Arias Construction to rehabilitate my condominium in Goleta, California. I found the project manager to be both very responsive and reliable. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had. I am a woman attempting this remodel from 2000 miles away, so having someone taking care of your property like it was his own was very comforting. This company came in on targeted time and price.

I had a fairly extensive remodel job done by these folks (kitchen and 2 bathrooms). The work was very good, they made a lot of good suggestions, and they came in under budget. It was a great experience and I would use them again on any sized project.
