Ready Home Inc. is a premier general contractor in the Chicagoland area for over 10 years. We believe that the "team concept" is the most successful way to construct a project. Working closely with the owner and architects, we form a team with a common goal. We will often either select a group of prime subcontractors to work on the project, or work with a performance specification and request competitive proposals from a select group of prime subcontractors.

Darek and his team were amazing to work with! They started the project ASAP and rolled with the punches when other vendors fell through. For example, our cabinet maker botched our measurements, quality, and general order with everything. Darek and team were willing to work on different things when needed to ensure overall time was not lost. They also adjusted cabinets, appliances, etc in order to ensure our kitchen turned out perfectly. Their attention to detail is second to none and we couldn't be happier with how things have turned out and how they have maintained their quality since! Have already recommended to friends!

Derek and crew are very professional and neat. Each day they arrived early in the morning and sometimes left late. They would clean up every evening and although we had a complete renovation they always kept the debris to a minimum. We had our kitchen, dining room and living rooms renovated creating a lovely open concept. We are very happy with the final project and the craftsmanship is noticed by all who have stopped by. Just try to be very thorough and clear on what you want and they will take care of it. In the end I will recommend Derek and will use Ready Home again.

Darek and his crew was recommended to us by a condo friend. His crew provided excellent work and were very conscientious from start to finish. They cleaned up everyday. They were punctual as well. Communication is key. Be very clear about project details from the start of your project. There were schedule changes on short notice. We were very pleased with our bathroom renovations and master bedroom hard wood floors in the end!

Darek and his crew are very professional and they finished the job properly and on time. Our roof was damaged due to storm and I was skeptical about hiring a contractor to get us through the insurance process. Darek put us at ease and explained the whole process to us. He is extremely professional and they even replaced the gutter that they accidentally damaged during the process. I would definitely hire them again.

Hired Mr Pyrc for roofing and siding in Oct. 2017. The projected was necessitated due to a summer hailstorm that caused damage to the roof and siding. Mr Pyrc reviewed the repairs needed and identified items that the insurance adjuster had missed. The siding project, by his subcontractor, was executed with art and precision. I thought he took a lot of pride and ownership to make sure everything turned out very nice. The roofing team also was precise and swiftly completed the whole project in one day. I was the design consultant and project manager for the total renovation of a 2,450 sq. ft. 1960s high rise condo, 3 beds and 3 and half baths. Beyond his duties as GC, Derick's broader focus, from beginning to end, was on client satisfaction. He takes this "personally" in the positive sense that, if the client is not happy, then Derick can never be. As a GC he also has a set of highly skilled subs working for him: finish carpentry, tile, hardwood, and electrical in particular. I can heartily recommend Derick and hope to use him again in future projects.
