We looked all over our area for a finishing carpenter to install crown moulding and window casings. We tried several other carpenters who made appointments to provide quotes on the work. Several cancelled before the appointments. We found Todd from Red Door Finishing. He was very prompt and professional and gave some suggestions for the windows casings. His pricing was in line with average pricing; however Todd’s skill is excellent. He is a Red Seal finishing carpenter and it shows in the quality of the work. After working with us for several days Todd showed us a picture of some LED lighting behind crown moulding that reflects up on the ceiling. His suggestion was exactly what we wanted but assumed it would be far more difficult. We opted to install the LED lighting which changed the schedule for Todd to complete the project by a couple of weeks. He was very accommodating and came back a few weeks later to complete the project. The result is stunning! Todd is extremely professional and has a eye for detail. He works really hard throughout the day and takes short breaks without stopping for lunch. He gets the job done and sticks to the schedule. We are thrilled with the work Todd has done and we will continue to use him and recommend him for are other renovation projects as the progress.
