Sam Reaves helped with three projects: Built walkway, deck, and assisted with installation of gazebo; Tiled front porch; and installed vents and new roof on our shed (photos attached). Sam is cordial, professional, and experienced. We told Sam what we wanted on all three projects and he made it happen on time and within budget. We not only found a good contractor but a friend as well. Thanks Sam.

We live in an older historic home. Sam came and worked on our home using delicate care to make the changes and alterations we requested., keeping the historic value of the houuse intact. What I probably like the best was he finished the job completely ( not having to come back to do something small that was overlooked) AND he cleaned his work site not leaving a mess. My wife and I are 1000% pleased with his professionalism and have recommended him to several of our friends.
