Tory just completed a remodel of my new home and he and Travis did an outstanding job! They were so careful with the interior of my home while removing gargantuan cabinets and installed new ones that have transformed my kitchen. We absolutely LOVED Tory. Our designer, Shaleesa Mize from Little Pacific Design Studio, recommended Tory to us and he did nothing less than beautiful work. He made the effort to meet with us several times prior to starting the job to make sure all of the details were discussed and to answer any questions we might have. You never know what the final project will look like when you first select a contractor. Our other concern was whether all of the horror stories we have heard about other contractors would occur in our project as well. I would say that this is the smoothest a project could possibly go for us. When a main electrical issue was discovered within a wall that was removed, Tory made a call to us, explained the situation and confidently assured us it would be taken care of. It did not delay the project being finished on time. Attention to detail is a huge bonus with Tory. He went above and beyond in preserving and utilizing materials from our previous closet trim to nicely tie in the new renovation. Then on top of it, he added in lighting to our closet. This was a bonus because clearly, he wanted the finished project to look professional when we were going to do without. I've seen too many friend's projects "completed" only to look like the finishing touches were forgotten. This is not the case with Tory. We had 100% trust in leaving our home for several days while he worked on the project. We will certainly use Renewed Dwellings again. Thank you Tory!

We hired Tory to do a small closet renovation project where we took 2 small individual closets and made them into one large master closet. Tory and his partner completed this project quick and efficiently, kept the house very clean, and went above and beyond our expectations of the scope. Any small issues the contractors ran into during the process were quickly brought to our attention and resolved. As a designer, it can be difficult to find a contractor who you can trust with your clients and your expectations for a project to be done well. I am so happy to have found Tory, he is someone who meets both requirements. He has an attention to detail and takes the time to go the extra mile to make sure the project is completed professionally and clients are left happy. Tory and team did a great job bringing our 1970's kitchen into a modern and wonderful space that is both functional and beautiful to look at. They were great to work with and he offered advice on how to make the space work better. A new tile floor to our bathroom was also installed and carpet to a bedroom. They did outstanding work and were very professional. The work was completed in the time frame that we were given. We would recommend him to anyone that is looking to have work done in their home.

I have hired them for several projects, ranging from a very small initial project - rewiring a chandelier; then progressing to a medium project- installing all new floor tile throughout the main level of our house; and most recently a major project - the entire remodel/renovation of a rental property. All work on all three projects was done timely, at reasonable cost, and with very high quality standards.
