This company did an excellent job on my garage ceiling! The owners are husband and wife and they were always responsive to my questions and went out of their way to get the wok done on my schedule. The quality of work is excellent. They replaced some sheet rock on the ceiling of my garage and it looks just like new. I highly recommend them and I will hire them again in the future. I am very happy with their professional conduct.

Bathroom Remodel. Shannon, Ken and their team built out a complete new 'dirty' bathroom in my garage after we lost the original bathroom from flooding during the last hurricane. The work exceeded my expectations and it turned out to be as nice as any of the bathrooms in the main home, very nice, very modern and of very high quality. Both Shannon and Ken kept me up to speed on the process along the way, they kept their committed time lines, the caliber of their crew was top notch and their communication was great. As is always the case, there were small unexpected issues but as a testament to their character and professionalism both Shannon and Ken were all over the issues and had them corrected in no time at all with no excuses given, just wanting to make sure everything was done right. I highly recommend Reno Pros and will use them again on my upcoming projects! Excellent company, excellent work, excellent people!

Shannon is very pleasant to work with. I like that she comes to visit on site to watch the work in progress periodically, and project manage with the contractors. She was also very flexible with timing and budget to have our new fireplace entertainment center built just in time for the holidays!

Reno Pros came in to help me build and install a huge, heavy high chandelier. They made sure it was perfect! The were prompt, hard working and communicated very well. Looking forward to having them back tomorrow for some tile work.

Working with Shannon & Ken Dixon at RenoPros was a very pleasant experience. I used them last year for hurricane damage from Ian. My lanai roof was blown off completely. Ken & Shannon gave me a fair quote, during the time when other repair people were ripping off customers during these trying times. The aluminum replacement was ordered and I was kept informed during entire process. They also replaced my floor in lanai. They did such a good job that I had them install my kitchen back splash and had them arrange for the outside of my manufactured home to be painted while I was back in Ohio. They kept me informed during the complete process. My neighbors have told me how nice everything looks. I'm going to do more upgrades in 2023 and I will surely call Ken & Shannon to do the work.
