Jeremy did a fantastic job with our bathroom. It looks beautiful and everything was meticulously installed. It did take longer than he originally planned because he was squeezing it in between other projects, but it was worth the wait!

I can't recommend Jeremy and the Revive Urban team enough. Their attention to detail and ensuring that the customer is satisfied with the work is unprecedented. Renovating old (and new) homes can be a stressful endeavor but I feel confident in tackling any project with the help of the Revive Urban team.

We needed help repairing a historic home in the Cottage Home Neighborhood. We knew there were major problems with the structure of the flooring which was sagging. When we uncovered the flooring we were dismayed to see how bad the rot was to the floor joists. Jeremy and his crew handled the repairs quickly, communicated clearly and completed the job for a reasonable price. I feel lucky to have had this honest and hardworking crew for our renovation.

Revive Urban LLC has done tremendous work for a full Victorian Arts & Crafts renovation of my early 19th century home. Honest, full of integrity, kind, and talented, I would highly recommend Revive Urban!

We retained Revive Urban to renovate a duplex into a single family home and to convert part of a large garage into an efficiency apartment. It was a very challenging renovation that required adherence to strict historic preservation standards. Jeremy performed high quality work, kept to our budget, and came up with ingenious solutions to many problems and always sought to repurpose materials. He used 150+year old floor joists for ceiling beams, created a cover for our pergola walkway, built shelving into what would have been otherwise unusable space, including wrought iron details that matched out wrought iron staircase.

Revive Urban made my 203K home renovation a complete success! The project was $30,000 in renovations on a home that was just purchased (by myself) as part of a short sale. I was given a tight deadline to close and I was traveling for work. I was able to get a hold of Jeremy (owner) to discuss my needs. He was very polite and let me know up front he might have another commercial project coming on board but he was willing to work with me. As we walked through the home to go over the planned renovations, it was easy to see Jeremy's experience as a general contractor and his knowledge on homes and renovations in general. He was able to point out things about the house I wasn't aware of and provided advice on the different design ideas. As the projected started, he was great with communication and was keeping me up-to-date on the progress. I didn't have the ability to live outside the home while the renovations were going on after the first 2 weeks. We setup a schedule when they could come in and work. Revive Urban kept to that schedule (and went over when necessary). There were things that came up during the project and Jeremy was very easy to work with and adjusted when necessary. The renovations took longer than expected but most of this was due to my own availability and multiple back ordered items on materials. Although a lot of work was done by sub contractors, Jeremy personally laid the tile, stone, and essentially built my 2 shower head custom shower which I absolutely love (he even helped with the design)! I'm really pleased with my experience and if I'm able to do another renovation on a home here in the Indianapolis area, I'll definitely be giving Revive Urban a call.

Jeremy - is very professional and knowledgable of building materials and practices. I have found him to be focused on the customers satisfaction guaranteeing his work and material. I work in the commercial electrical field and have exposure to large contractors and find his work performance equal to the best of them. I have had Jeremy back for other projects and have more in mind. I would recommend him to anyone.

Revive Urban renovated our master bathroom. They did an incredible job. I wish we would have learned about them sooner for some of our earlier remodel projects. Jeremy Littell is super polite, respectful and honest. His craftsmanship is superb. He is very detailed and made sure we were informed throughout the entire remodel. Revive Urban's pricing was also super competitive. So, I highly recommend them for any project, large or small.

The bathroom remodel project was a collaborative effort involving Jeremy Littel of Revive Urban and my wife and me. We designed the remodel, and selected and purchased most of the materials with the review and guidance of Jeremy. Jeremy was always responsive and communicative, and it was clear that he was very intent on making us satisfied customers. We were quite fussy about the installation of all the various components and Jeremy certainly met our expectations. The project included new floor tile, medicine cabinets inserted into the wall with surrounding deco tile, custom floating vanity with quartz top, new toilet with Toto seat and an enlarged and rebuilt shower with shelving inserted into the wall, frameless glass shower doors, completely retiled walls, ceiling and floor, a vertical deco wall and ceiling stripe and an all new shower control system with diverter and wand. New paint as well of course. The estimate for his services was on target. Total project cost was about $20,000 Overall, things went great. We were flexible relative to time of completion as we wanted to make sure there was adequate time for workmanship of the highest quality. Start date was on time. There was daily communication and review. A few things caused some initial installation difficulty, such as hooking up the toilet seat and water feed system and the lighting system, but were immediately resolved. We are extremely pleased with the results and will use Jeremy again when we redo our kitchen.
