Working with RNCC through business has been wonderful! Being able to hand off my designs and have them executed to every detail is very rare to find. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, experience and personable. If you are looking for a contractor not only as a homeowner but as a designer, I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I completed a significant renovation to our home. We initially hired River North on the basis of their experience and presentation as someone we would enjoy working with. Aaron did not disappoint. As with all renovation projects there are always going to be surprises along the way. However, the manner by which Aaron addressed issues quickly and resolve them to our satisfaction was excellent. We have recommended River North to others as well.

We had the good fortune of working with Aaron Cooley (owner of River North Construction) on our project. The work included remodeling the master bath, second bathroom, powder room, staircase, and laundry room. We also installed wood flooring, painted the house, and replaced the front and back doors. We found Aaron to be very competent and pleasant to work with. He stuck to the design blue print and discussed any necessary modifications in advance with us. His team of professionals did a great job. We have had other remodel projects in the past, but after working with Aaron, we will never work with anyone else. He is very polite and made our satisfaction his priority. He patiently went through our punch list and did a great job of addressing any remaining issues. We recommend Arron and River North Construction with no reservations.

I’m sure Aaron had his hands full with us because we are nitpicky perfectionists. As with any project there were a few struggles to work through however Aaron was professional and patient and so enjoyable to work with. Everything was completed to our beyond reasonable expectations. I highly recommend River North and would use them again without hesitation.

Overall, great job and a pleasure to work with Aaron and company. We ran into a couple snafus, but given the pandemic and construction in general, that is to be expected. Aaron is communicative and responsive, as well as creative in finding solutions and ways to cut costs. We used him for a master bathroom remodel and he's starting on our patio renovation shortly.
