(RSI) is a design build company that has over 30 years in the construction industry, providing complete Home and Garden designs, as well as providing the construction crews and artisans’ to fulfill a perfect outcome of your home and garden projects. We self perform all trades excluding HVAC and Electrical at times to increase efficiencies and the time of completion. This format can be advantageous both as a design/build contractor and as a prime contractor completing the well thought out plans designed by others. RSI has significant experience in the pre-construction Entitlement phase and can serve as an applicant as well as the General Contractor for your project.
