We built a fantastic modern Cabin. Jim was a delight from start to finish. The work was impeccable and the design features he added were over the top. We could not have done this house without him.

We couldn't have asked any more of a builder than Jim Lowrance brought to our project. We met him for the first time on our empty lot. Starting from scratch, Jim helped us turn our vague ideas about what we wanted into a plan that fit both our specifications and our budget. As construction proceeded, we might have been overwhelmed by the number of things we didn't know we would have to decide. Jim helped keep us calm and focused, and he always had good ideas for us to consider. Many of them found their way into the house. The ones that didn't were still useful, because they helped us make choices that were right for us. And whenever we made choices that turned out to be wrong, Jim made it easy for us to change our minds. Jim supervised every aspect of the work, both by his own crew and by subcontractors. His attention to detail gave us a house we're happy and comfortable to live in and proud to share with friends and family. And his wife Sandi was always a pleasure to deal with whenever business questions arose. Our recommendation of Ruidoso Mountain Builders is without reservation.
