Steve has done several jobs for me on a 100 year old house. He has great insight and advice throughout his years of experience. He is very professional and does great work at an honest rate. I would HIGHLY recommend him for any maintenance or remodeling projects!

Deck around a pool

I hired S & D Construction in the summer of 2020 to build a deck around my pool. I wanted very little excavation done because the pool was set in a hillside and I have already has so much dirt work done that I was worried about erosion. Steve (the owner of the company) and his crew absolutely blew my mind with the quality of work they did. They exceeded my expectations and did exactly as I asked. I highly recommend this company.
