I would NOT recommend this builder to anyone. From the beginning it was clear that even his subcontractors did not have respect for him. Every day I could hear siding guys to roofing guys complaining about the owner, Bobby. He was a bit lower in price from another quote and I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. I had a section on the added front porch roof that was leaking into the house. He brought someone out and said it was fixed, but NEVER addressed the damage on the inside of the house. A FEW years later, it leaked in the house AGAIN. At this point I realized the damage was WAY more than I expected. The original issue was NEVER fixed. Now all of the wood from the front post to the support beam are completely rotten. Rotten to the point I can push my finger through it. After reaching out, he ignored responding to me and sent my wife a text saying "I wish I could pass on better news...but unfortunately the warranty has expired. It's good for a year and I've pretty much shut down the company" If you want to know you will be taken care of , DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER!

I have worked with S&R Builders on many projects, on this one in particular it was a custom home. This Two Story Cape Cod started with 3240 total Finished square feet with 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Bath, Full Front Porch with a Side Load 2 Car Garage on an Unfinished Basement. Half way through the customers added 1500 Finished square feet to the Basement to make a total 4740 Finished square feet with 3 1/2 Bath. This home took approximately 4 1/2 months to complete. S&R Builders was more than accommodating with the customers additions and or changes. They always have a positive and professional attitude, great attention to detail and are always putting their customers first. The co-owners have a combined 33 years experience in the home building business. I would recommend S&R Builders to anyone wanting to design and build a custom home or in need of a home renovation.
