Savana Homes Building & Remodeling was started in 2003 by David Willhoite. A Cincinnati native, David designed his first home in high school. Savana Homes was founded on one very basic rule, treat customers the way you want to be treated. We believe that it's important to offer fine quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices and to treat our customers as family. Savana Homes Building and Remodeling, Inc. has handled every type of project from the basic window install to building complete homes. Recently, we created Shelbi Home Enhancements to take on the exterior home maintenance and remodeler entity of our business. This enables better marketing and satisfies the second daughter who wanted a company named after her.
