Melvin and his crew did an amazing job!! They go above and beyond for you. They clean up after they’re done! They remodeled my bathroom and it looks amazing!! Also did some painting for me! I’m very happy with their work!! You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose Melvin! I’m so happy with their work and look forward to using them again!

Melvin and his crew recently did several big and small jobs for me and also for my daughter at her new home. His crew is outstanding! Melvin inspects and supervises all work done. He is on every job site and participates in the work being done. There is extreme attention to detail and he makes sure everything is done to the customers satisfaction. He is in constant contact with the customer to be sure there are no changes in the job and all needs are being met. I highly recommend this company for all renovation needs. In my townhouse they took down cabinets in the kitchen, rebuild and repaired walls and installed a counter depth refrigerator in a new location. They did painting plumbing and electrical work. I think they are top notch and no they did not pay me for this recommendation!! I really do think they are very good.

When he showed up to my house that had been left a mess by the previous painters….he said he is the fixer…..and boy was he right. The job was amazing!!! The perfect lines and the precision blew us away. We immediately hired him to do another job in the house. Again he was professional and respectful. Covering all the workspace and doing an amazing job!!! Would recommend for any job:) big or small. It’s worth it.

Melvin and his crew are incredible! They are fast, clean and do excellent work. I can’t say enough good things. He also can do just about anything you need. Whether it be carpentry, plumbing, or power washing. I highly recommend Sayayin Painting!

Melvin and his team helped us create a cozy kitchen nook. They listened to us and paid attention to all the details to create the custom built-in. They worked very professionally and finished the work in a timely manner. What is great about Sayayin is that they provide this quality service at a reasonable and competitive price. I feel very lucky to have found Melvin and his crew. I saw them working on a neighbors house and admired the job they were doing and their professionalism. I called for an estimate and was given a fair price and timeline. The crew did an outstanding job painting the inside of my home. They were courteous, prompt, clean and knowledgeable. I will happily recommend them!

The microwave was installed to code, and the wood cabinets were sanded and painted with several coats. Sanded and undercoated in my garage and they left enough room to plug in the car. Careful, professional and diligent painters who were very pleasant as well. I recommend them highly.

Fully restored and painted the exterior of our 1860's church house. Definitely not an easy task, but his team was amazing. There is not a spec of paint out of place. I must mention the experts Ricky and Edwin that he has on staff. Both took extreme care to ensure the job was done correctly and on time. Thank you to Melvin and your team for an amazing job well done.
