I hired Siemens Woodworking to repair my 18' by 11' outside 3rd floor top deck of my Seattle house which had developed water leaks running down to the main bedroom underneath. Both flashing and top wood caps needed to be replaced. Brett Siemens came, figured out the source of the leaks, and then designed a very cool flashing and top deck wood cap design. He researched wood choices and together we agreed iron wood works best, and lasts around 50 years. As you can see from the project photos the wood cap design is cool modern, and added to the over all deck space. Brett was great to work with, and very professional.
