Every job is different but our labor hours never change. A typical job includes a security deposit or mobilization deposit to ensure us our clients are serious and ready to begin work on their project. We charge a fixed hourly rate for our men based on skill level. Our clients will receive a detailed invoice with material receipts and man hours. We do charge a contractors fee for our General contractor to manage the project overseeing each detail and fixing any issue that arises.
