At Sligo Construction, we've been building from the ground up since 1987. Based in Southold, NY and serving the surrounding areas, we specialize in New Home Construction, Renovations, Decks, and Outdoor Living Spaces. We also have a subsidiary company, NorthFolk Kitchens, dedicated exclusively to Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling. Our goal is the same for both businesses: to provide outstanding home building and remodeling services built on our reputation of professionalism, consistency and integrity in our services and products. With more than 120 builds and 37 years of experience, we deliver what you want on budget and on time. We work with our customers from the design phase through to the project’s end, ensuring that the vision for your home is completed with the highest quality standard and built to last. Paul Davey is a great contractor and overall great guy. His company (Sligo) performed quality work at my property in Greenport Village LI at a very reasonable price. The house(s) I purchased and Paul helped renovate were in ruff shape, requiring a complete interior gut and exterior upgrade. Paul handled it all from soup-to-nuts, which I appreciated because I don't reside locally to the properties for which I had him work on (about 2 hours away I live). I recommend Paul to any person who is looking to work for a hard-working honest guy, willing to get the job done and who doesn't hit you with a tremondous amount of change orders. Very happy with his work, and if I continue to invest in the North Fork LI area I look forward to using him again.
