Comprehensive "White Glove" treatment form beginning to end. They did not build my home, but I wish they did. Shawn is gifted and knowledgeable and will do everything needed and more.

Southern Dwelling did a fantastic job building our Folly Beach home. Shawn was always very responsive and straight forward with the building project. I was unable to get to the project site for weeks at a time and never once was there an issue with progress or quality, nor did I feel like I needed to worry about issues being addressed. The project was done on time and within the budget and the quality of work was great.

Southern Dwelling built our beautiful, custom home. They were wonderful. They were extremely knowledgable, professional, and personable. They really got to know our family, our vision for our future home, and our budget. They went above and beyond in service to help us make decisions and lead us through the home building process. Today we are living in a home that is beyond our expectations. We highly recommend using Southern Dwelling.
