This is my second large scale project working with Studio Construction Design and I could not be more satisfied with the results! Jordan is a consummate professional and has surrounded himself with incredible trades people who share the same commitment to customer satisfaction as he does. He goes above and beyond to make certain that his clients are well taken care of and treats them like family .If you are looking to do any sort of renovation, call them. You will definitely not be disappointed.

I was very worried about choosing a General Contractor to gut and re-model the 40-year-old apartment we purchased. What’s more, it had to be completed in under 6 weeks. We met with several highly recommended GCs but decided to go with Jordan Pascal. After 2 days I was completely at ease. It was obvious we had chosen the right guy. From there on it was almost entirely stressless as Jordan was on top of everything. He is highly responsive always accessible and incredibly professional. He told us from the outset that he works with top notch tradesman and this wasn’t an understatement. They were punctual and meticulous. Jordan is very creative and has impeccable taste. He guided us in choosing finishing products and we are so happy we accepted his recommendations. Our apartment is breathtaking and we are so happy! Thanks Jordan! Lana Fishbein

We just recently finished a major condo renovation with Jordan Pascal of Studio Design Construction and we couldn’t be happier. The apartment is in a building that dates back to 1982 and had never been updated. We basically gutted it and re modelled everything. Jordan was amazing! Not only does he really know the construction business but he uses impeccable trades people that were 100% reliable and never cut corners. One of the many notable things about Jordan is that he has incredible design talent and made much of the difficult process of selecting finishing materials and design characteristics simple and easy. His creative flair is unparalleled in a contractor and we highly recommend him for any construction or renovation project! We love, love, love our new modern apartment!
