The Other Brothers Construction

Bill Schneider of The Other Brothers Construction did an amazing job extending my patio roof in my backyard. This project has been something I've wanted to do for some time now. Contacted several contractors for estimates who came back with some insane pricing for what I wanted. The Other Brothers came back with a fair and reasonable estimate and they were able to schedule the start date at exactly when I needed it done. I was also remodeling my pool & patio deck and I needed the roof extension done within a particular time frame. Bill started the project at exactly when he promised and finished in only three days. The job was done exactly as I wanted and Bill was very receptive to my input while the work was being done. Electric was run for a ceiling fan and the paint was matched perfectly to the adjoining patio roof. The interior ceiling and roof was perfectly leveled to the existing patio roof and ceiling! Looks like it was all built at one time! I highly recommend The Other Brothers Construction for your construction or remodeling projects! I look forward to hiring Bill again for some future projects! The Other Brothers (Bill) helped me from design to completion to take me from the 1970's to very modern looking bathrooms. One had a shower surround and one a tub surround. He removed the soffits and totally gutted the bathrooms. He can do it all! Plumbing, electrical, tile work, drywall... The best thing about the remodel was (as per his suggestion) he floated the walls to cover up the heavy texturing that is so dated! He is professional, works efficiently, knowledgeable and creative. He is affordable too! I highly recommend the Other Brothers!

I have used Other Brothers on several different occasions. I have always found them to be responsive and complete the job to my satisfaction.

I really appreciated the quick response from The Other Brothers on three occasions: 1) a roof leak was diagnosed & repaired in one short visit, 2) an emergency water heater replacement was accomplished for me on a same day basis, and 3) after trying repeatedly for my home warranty to repair a damaged pipe in my wall, I gave up and called The Other Brothers. They not only fixed it same day, but also were able to explain clearly to my home warranty company what & why they replaced a pipe and I was able to get reimbursed by the warranty company. They are reliable, fair, and do the job right.

I had a fire at my rental property. The Other Brothers Construction handled all the fire remediation, fire damage and restoration. I couldn't recommend them enough. They completed the job quickly and my tenants are back in the rental home and happy again.
