In addition, TLC offers a wide range of flooring solutions and installations for residential and commercial projects. TLC Custom Design is fully insured, licensed and certified (including OSHA) and provides certified prevailing wage payroll reports for state, city and town projects. Owner Thang Lam has over 21 years of experience in home remodeling and construction. His particular specialty is custom hardwood flooring.
