I normally don't write a review if it's going to be a bad review but I want people to know who they may be dealing with. I would absolutely not recommend this contractor to do projects you may need done. First off he didn't finish some of the work needed to be done on the house (fireplace mantle, guest shower door, replacing and entrenching the well electrical line, torn and misssing window screens, shelving in the living area) Pics Are Below, which is part of the contract as well as several items on the punch list. I have done most of the touch up painting around the house myself and work done by his handyman needed to be corrected one of his subs. He has not paid two of the subcontractors (B&B Well and Town Square Floors) for the work they have done, which again was part of the contract. We received calls from them letting us know of the non payment. On top of all that he is trying to strong arm us into paying him more money for "overages" His shortcoming of integrity, responsablily and customer service through the last couple months of building and repairing has been astounding.
