Leonard Lock and Key were great! I had to change my appointment date numerous times and they were totally accommodating (thank you Karyn!). They arrived on time and replaced my 20 year old lock and handle on my front door- so much nicer now- no more sticking! Very professional!

When I called for an quote, I was given a good price to re-key my front door. What surprised me was that they suggested my other doors, garage side door and rear of house also get the same, so I have the same key for all doors. I am sure glad I was informed of this, as the cost, and time to complete was more than I was thinking BEFORE calling them. Devin showed up on time, polite, professional and even checked other door locks on my glass doors as I was having a problem - he did some magical adjusting and it works so much better.
