Bel Floors

Eddie failed to complete the refinishing job he was paid $6,000 to complete by refusing to remove certain furniture from one of the rooms. We'll have to have that room refinished later on by someone else. He was arrogant, and completely indifferent to our customer dissatisfaction. He does not value customer good-will. Hire someone else; anyone else.

I did an out of state move and needed my floors done before I moved in. They did a wonderful job on my floors and redid my stairs. The logistics of doing a job like this while out of state could have been complicated and stressful, but Eddie made sure to take care of me and operated with such integrity. I highly recommend Bel Floors and will definitely be using them with any future needs!

Three years ago, we purchased an older home an east Cobb neighborhood, just north of lower Roswell. Our home was built in 1970, and was completely carpeted, after buying we wanted to remove the carpet and install hardwood. Bell Floors came in and removed all the carpet except for the four bedrooms. They discovered that the under floor was soft and rotten, so they installed new 3/4" underlayment, then installed new White Oak flooring, sanded then stained and sealed, with a dark stain that I loved, (Jacobean). We were so impressed with how it all came out, as they did an amazing job. So today ( 3 years later) we are able to complete the job by removing the carpet of the 4 bedrooms, sand the original oak flooring, stain and seal it all, so the entire house will finally be done. We are so exited to be able to finish the floor to look like the rest of the house. I called Ed just yesterday to see how far out he was, and even though he was busy he said he could get to us in 3-4 weeks, which is perfect, because my wife & i have to get remove the furniture and ready the rooms for Bell Floors. So finally, to get to the point, We are totally impressed with Bell Floors' knowledge and ability to perform restoring and/or installing our new hardwood floors. I have to rate Ed & Robert (owners of Bell Floors) in the highest.degree of satisfaction.I am so fortunate to have met these guys. They were very professional and down to earth, easy going and knowledgeable in their service in the wood floor replacement world. Since hiring them and watching them completely tear out all of my old carpet, and cheap under under flooring, then replacing with real white oak flooring and the proper under flooring. I cannot recommend anyone else more. Their degree of perfection and knowledge is unreal. I had a ver tough house to deal with, built in 1970, and not very well kept up.tons of unexpected issues. We decided to go darker with our hardwood floor with an accent of gray. Bel Floors was great in terms of providing samples and modifying until we found just the right blend. We couldn't be happier. Absolute professionalism and cleanliness - I highly recommend!

Robert & Eddie are amazing. They fit the job in on my very tight schedule and the floors look amazing. Eddie tried to tell me that he wouldn’t be able to match to the existing floors but, they look the same me. I am an Architect and I plan on recommending them to my clients professionally.
