Love the workmanship and professionalism! Beautiful hardwood stairs and main floor renovation including removal of walls and installation of new kitchen countertops and cabinetry!

I had the floors and stairs done and the workmanship is just mediocre. This was an expensive project (50K) and not cheap. The railings for the stairs are uneven and loose and the metal supports that they drilled have sharp projections that cut your hand if you happen to hold the handrails all the way around to the bottom. When removing the old carpet they have some kids (family members) working and vacuuming the dust and their machine was old or working poorly because they had not changed the filter in years and barely picked up any dirt . So I ended up having to clean the floor in the evenings before they laid down the hardwood next day over the dirt. All the staples on the stairs I ended up removing myself because the people they had working would rather just hammer them down rather then pull them out. The floors they used every possible board that came out of the box since they had not ordered enough, even the pieces that were obvious rejects were used. So the end result is a job that looks poorly done and not professional. The difference between a good job and a poor one would have been a couple of extra boxes of wood which they buy at half the cost of the selling price anyways . Then they made such an unbelievable mess in my garage with the wood cutting that they put sawdust all over my things that were stored in the garage. To this day I still have not been able to clean my garage of all the sawdust that they put in there. They should have setup there saw outside under a portable tent like the guys that were cutting tile.

Terrible customer service. Will not come back to fix issues after 3 visits to owner who states he will come then never shows. Colour does not match, divots in floor boards, chipped our tile, unfinished edges and newel post. Poorly cut angle on handrail etc. Have pics to prove.

We just had our whole upper level done in hardwood, full oak staircase, baseboards and trim work done throughout the house, Queens is top notch the results were perfect ! We thank them for their professional demeanour and precision craftsmanship! They came in and seven days later the work was complete. We made several changes as the work was progressing and the guys accommodated us with absolutely no questions asked .... Whatever we threw their way they did it !!!! Absolute pleasure to deal with! Will definitely be referring them to all our relations!
