Ty and his father-law did by far an excellent job. They did so in a timely fashion and he has a good eye for detail. He is efficient, and is very thorough alway cleaning up after every step. We cannot quite put into words how very pleased we are with the many jobs he completed for us

We hired TK based on a neighbors recommendation. The results were excellent. We put new hardwoods in a lot of carpeted areas, redid our old hardwood plus did vinyl in virtually the entire finished 1,400 sq. foot basement. The results were really better than our fondest expectations. This was our 4th time dealing with hardwood floors. Total Professional and amazing how hard they worked. Within the budget quoted and on time!

We had our whole downstairs hardwood floors resanded and refinished as well as over 40 areas that sounded hollow injected with adhesive. Ty Lam and his father did a fantastic job. They were punctual, thrived to do a professional job and left the place immaculate after they were done. We are very pleased with the result and the cost was reasonable.
