The sales team consulted with their installation specialist regarding the size and our major retro-fit before we purchased a unit and reduced it by 1 ton instead of over selling us. We decided on a new Lennox i-comfort S30 furnace and air conditioning that self monitors via wifi and we can adjust it any where by the Lennox cell phone app. It has weather sensing humidity, allergens, air quality ability and kills germs by ultra violet light. Worth every penny in cost savings. Being engineers, we are very picky about quality, workmanship and cost pay back. At every level they exceeded our expectations. Our old Lennox lasted 23 years, but we researched every furnace model by matrix and installation/service is the X factor. Randazzo does more Lennox in our area, knows the product inside-out and their turn-key service after the fact, is the reason we choose them. We can't say any other service/install team at our property has impressed us more. They were the same price as 5 other quotes and less than several others. You may get what you pay for, but the service is outstanding.

Every aspect about this company is "professional," from the salesperson to the installers. The installers did a great job with the long installation of my furnace and central air.
