We just had our unit replaced. It’s a split unit and they knocked the job out in no time. A new outside unit and inside air mover with electric heating. The professionalism of all the techs was amazing. They vacuumed our stairs and the landing under the attic access. You couldn’t even tell anyone was here.. except for the nice COLD AC flowing out the vents. I have shopped around. 3 other companies came out and gave estimates. None of them came close to the price and quality that Allen AC had. They were so prompt and I didn’t feel Like a number or another “sale”. They genuinely care and take time to answer any question I had. If you are looking to replace your unit, update it or even have a walk in freezer installed, do yourself a favor call these guys first. Estimates are free and the equipment doesn’t have much of a markup either. A happy customer is a comfortable customer, and they make sure your 100% satisfied.

Last call we made was to Rick for an estimate on a remodel and much needed laundry vending equipment for our newly purchased rv park and outdated laundromat. Allen Air Conditioning had the best rate and was eager to do the project. The project entailed new coin operated laundry equipment, air conditioning and remodel of our old laundry facility. They completed the project on time and on budget. We had no issues with rate or crew productivity. The crew was on time, professional and the work quality and detail were outstanding. I highly recommend anyone who is needing laundry vending equipment, new air conditioning or remodeling to give Rick and his crew a call.

Provider got insulted, after having received the bid to do the work, found out I had bid out job to others and then declined to do the work. Feel provider lied (that I tried to buy equipment to install myself???) to not just do the work. Remember this is after he has the job. All providers were told when they showed up to give written quote that I was gathering bids and were given the same requirement/spec sheet. Would not recommend using this provider at all.
