Hired them via a GC to install brand new heating system in a Brookline 2-family house as part of a renovation project. 8 months After got the occupancy certificate from city, the heating system turned to be very noisy. Talked to the owner to come by to check it out. Many many calls and texts back and forth over a few months with the owner. Owner gave a whole number of excuses (from being infected with COVID to out of warranty) on why he is not responsible. Be very carefully when dealing with this company.

I was very happy with the central air conditioning system they installed. They completed the job in 3 days. The workmanship was good. The installers were neat, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Alves HVAC Service to anyone who is thinking of having central air installed in your home.
