Matt Radley and Yanik came out to my house to fix a clogged condensation line. I can’t say enough about how kind they were to myself and my 3 year old son who followed them throughout the house- maybe a future HVAC Specialist? They were so thorough, knowledgeable, and kind- Matt even took the trash that the previous HVAC repairman had left in our attic!! I have worked in the service industry for the past 15 years and it’s been a long time since I’ve been compelled to leave a positive review. I know you have a lot of service technicians but Matt and Yanik are definite keepers! I will certainly recommend Horizon Services!

The gentleman that came to see us (Matthew) was VERY knowledgeable and efficient and COURTEOUS. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Hi I went with Horizon services to install a brand new 2 Heat-pump units in my house . They installed the units in one day including a gas line since i made it a hybrid system and did a great job and explained everything as they were working. Very clean and professional from the salesman Todd and the complete team Ryan, Lloyd, Adam,James,Jonathan and Mathew. It has been three months since they installed the new unit a Lennox 18 sear heat pump units which saves 45% of energy. Extremely satisfied with brand and Horizon servecies. If you need a new installation do not go anywhere else but go with these guys. They get the job done right and give you a great deal . I saved 5000$ compared to other companies I got estimates from ! I responded to a mass mailing from this company about an HVAC checkup. The tech arrived on time and was very thorough. After discovering that replacement was the optimal solution, I hired them to do the work. The crew was on time, professional, efficient and customer friendly. Now I have a new and proper HVAC system with a payment plan that didn't break my bank. I believe I got proper value for my money.

I called Horizon because i received a letter from the company in the mail offering an $87 evluation of my heating and air conditioning systems and they offered a free plumbing inspection I am wary of anything free. However the technician who arrived was polite honest and efficient. My 20 year old hot water heater was indeed leaking around th bottom. He was able to replace it the same day, even calling the company to have someone bring the heater. As he was leaving the AC technician arrived. He did a thorough job and took a picture of the inside of the unit to show me that mold was growing there. A few other small things need to be replaced. The mold was where the air from the house fan blows so that was blowing thru my home. He installed a UV light to kill the mold. Both technicians gave me perfect service. I am happy to be a customer now and putchased the yearly maintenance contract. Welcome to Baltimore Horizon and thank you!!! I had Horizon Services install in Air Conditioning System for me. The three young men that performed the job were respectful, courteous, helpful, on time and they cleaned up after themselves and left my house in the exact way they found it. The first service man that came initially was courteous, helpful and he arranged to have the new service put in. The salesman who also sold me the equipment and measured for everything was courteous and fair in his pricing. They were all on time and very helpful in this whole process. I was without Air conditioning for a whole week. I had called another company and the soonest they could get there was 6 days. My son called and explained that I was elderly and that I would be without air conditioning and they told him 6 days. We called Horizon and they were here in two hours. That's why they got the job.
