Levanair Heating & Air Conditioning, is a family business founded by Jorge A Levano. Created in 2002 under the name of Residential Improvement Systems. We began with service installation of equipment, in new houses working directly with the biggest local construction companies, Residential Improvement systems in 2006 begins to operate under “LLC” taking the name of REIMSYS (REsidential Improvement SYStems), in June 2006 the company begins to provide service directly to our customers in the Virginia’s residential area. In late 2012 REIMSYS LLC starts operating as (DBA) Levanair Heating & Air Conditioning, providing the same services and the same dedication to our customers, are over 20 years of experience in the industry which has taught us to be focused 100% on the satisfaction customer.
