I've had to have my 2 year old boiler model ncb-240/110h(ng) replaced under warranty as the heat exchanger was leaking. My contractor charged me $1,201 for the labour, and the parts were covered by navien. Why does navien not cover the labour cost as well since this issue is clearly navien's responsibility? Why should I have to pay the labour cost twice in 2 years to have your product installed? I'm requesting reimbursement of this expense - please advise immediately?
