I have worked with James Jackson, owner of C I Systems, now on two separate projects. James is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He has exceptional follow up to any of my questions since the installation and continues to be very responsive. I highly recommend C I Systems for any Audio Video or Security projects. I have worked alongside CISystems on a few projects. They respond quickly to service calls, and work with our company to make happy clients! The owner's knowledge of technology and how it integrates into homes is a great benefit to the home owners they have worked with. In this specific job they were re-doing a whole house audio system a competitor had done years ago that was cumbersome and barely working. Now its simple, beautiful and finished! My company was doing lighting control alongside them.

I hired James at CI Systems to wire my new construction for home automation. I received bids from four companies regarding my project. CI Systems was about middle of the road in terms of the bid. After the first meeting with James, I got the impression that he would install the solution that was best for me and my family instead of pushing a system on us that didn’t really fit our wants. This was the main reason I went with CI Systems. Over a period of a couple months, James and I worked on several versions of the bid to really fine tune exactly what I wanted. Once we decided on the final bid, James’ team was done with their rough-in work within 48 hours. CI System was the one contractor that I didn’t need to check up on. Whenever it was their turn to do work, they were in and out in an extremely efficient manner. CI Systems set up our house with the Elan G! system. It drives a whole house audio/visual solution. In addition, James was able to design a theatre room that exceeded my expectations using some cutting edge products while staying within my budget. After installation, James spent time going over the entire system in detail, answering any questions that I had. He has made himself available anytime to answer any ongoing questions I have about the system. He has even spent time researching how to help me with a network solution that is very specific to my system. Overall, I was, and still am, impressed with the finished product along with CI Systems’ level of knowledge and expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to a friend.

It should go without saying that James is a remarkable talent, with an eye for not only providing amazing service to his customers, but also keeping his word and giving advice that is second to none. We first met James through a referral from our home remodeling company. He came and looked at our basement and provided some advice for the best viewing options and achieving our dream of a home theater that the kids could even use when entertaining their friends or just hanging out. James provided a quote in a timely fashion and also gave us advice on selecting the best product for the money. When our remodeling project ran long because our builder ran behind on the project James promised he would have it in before Christmas so we could watch it with the kids and enjoy the new theater. Needless to say the builder finished on the 23 of December in the evening. James was there first thing on the 24th and finished the job. We told him a couple times that is was ok to finish after Christmas as it was not his fault that the construction company backed him into a corner. He smiled and said you are going to love this with the family tonight! He kept his word! It is amazing and we will use him for any project in the future. I would recommend him to any friend, family that is looking for the best!
